UNIDO, together with UN Trade and Development (UNCTAD), the United Nations Office for Digital and Emerging Technologies, the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the United Nations Development Coordination Office (UNDCO) and the World Robot Cooperation Organization (WRCO), is calling for practical, deployable and scalable AI-powered solutions that can help shape a more sustainable, inclusive and resilient industrial future.

The call is looking for innovations across five tracks:

• Embodied AI, industrial robotics & smart manufacturing
• Industrial AI models & intelligent decision-making
• Industrial digital infrastructure & data ecosystems
• AI for green, resilient & sustainable industry
• Industrial ecosystem enablers: finance, skills & market access

Whether a solution is already delivering results, ready to scale, or emerging with strong potential, applications are welcome.

Selected solutions will take the global stage at the AIM Global Action Forum 2026, taking place on 25–26 November 2026 at the Vienna International Centre, connecting innovators with industry leaders, policymakers and partners from around the world. The Forum is part of UNIDO's 60th anniversary celebrations.
