Behavioural Science for Better Hiring

Despite our best intentions, unconscious biases - both at the individual and systemic level - sometimes get in the way of making the most objective and fair decisions. Fortunately, behavioural science research points to effective and proven ways we can redesign our hiring processes to promote equity.
