The high-level launch event brings together thought leaders from the United Nations and the field of behavioural science to discuss the concept of behavioural science, opportunities it presents for the work of the UN and how the UN can systematically leverage it. The event officially launches the Secretary-General’s Guidance Note on Behavioural Science. It features keynote remarks from Samantha Power, Administrator of USAID and a panel discussion with UN colleagues and leading academic experts.
