[UN BeSci Week] Using Behavioural Science to Enhance UN Integration & Collaboration 

A recent review of UN integration identified a number of ways in which the behaviour of staff can foster or impede integration and collaboration. This session describes concrete ways in which the behavioural recommendations from this review have been taken forward. It shares measures to address behavioural barriers to successful integration, experiences and activities with co-designing tools, previewing these, and describing next steps in their development.
