The course aims at helping learners to master the core components of the ITU Digital Skills Toolkit 2024 and to be able to design a national digital skills strategy roadmap based on the recommendations of the Digital Skills Toolkit, with the objective to develop or improve their national digital skills policies and programmes.

Grounded in the UN and ILO human-centred approach to technology, the course invites participants to explore how humanoid and semi-humanoid robots can be harnessed, rather than merely adopted, to support social justice, decent work, and sustainable development.
