Gender equality will not be achieved by scaling innovation as it is. It requires rethinking how innovation itself works long before a solution is built.    

Markets, funding systems, and institutions are rarely designed with women and girls in mind. As a result, even the most promising innovations fail to reflect the realities of those they are meant to serve.
