UNFPA West and Central Africa Regional Office (WCARO), organized a webinar on innovation for WCAR in May. The purpose of the webinar was to convene Innovation Focal Points to align on the strategic role of innovation, share effective regional practices for scalability, and foster a culture of peer-to-peer knowledge sharing. Guest speakers were invited to discuss their perspectives on innovation and experiences integrating innovation into their work. This webinar led to better insight on how to support innovation activities and innovation FPs in WCAR.
