Have you ever wished that you could make those decisions just a little bit easier, and just a little bit more effective? If so, you’re not alone — and this course can help get you on the right track. In this course, developed in collaboration with UN colleagues, including the UN Innovation Network (UNIN), you’ll dissect the decision-making process and determine what makes decisions so difficult, what makes some decisions more difficult than others, and what you can do about it. By the end of this course, you will be able to: - Recognise what makes decisions challenging and why it matters - Understand how personality influences decision-making - Identify common behavioural biases and strategies to overcome them - Dissect difficult choices and help others make the right call

This online course aims to help women develop the digital knowledge and skills needed to run and manage a modern business in Industry 4.0.

The course builds upon the Inclusive Digital Economies and Gender Equality Playbook, UNCDF’s practical how-to guide on using the market system development approach to decrease the digital and financial divide for women and girls, use technology to improve women’s economic opportunities and help to transform women into builders of emerging digital economies.

The modules delivered under the course provide a blend of technical skills and soft skills with an aim to strengthen both digital and inter-personal skills of girls and young women. The course prepares participants to actively engage in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) related initiatives and future career opportunities in the digital sector. It provides a practical approach with scenarios and case studies that foster innovation and creativity for continued learning on the use of digital technologies and how they can contribute to the digital ecosystem.
