This annual Innovation Fellowship builds the innovation skills and competencies of people from both within and outside the UNHCR community, making innovation understandable, accessible, and applicable to our everyday work.

The UN Global Pulse Accelerator is the United Nations’ programme for turning promising innovative solutions into real-world impact at scale. Selected teams can expect an intensive, hands-on experience designed to turn high-potential ideas into real-world results. Through an expert-led workshop, cross-agency collaboration, and tailored technical support, teams will build concrete, realistic strategies to scale their solutions The Accelerator welcomes UN-led teams with piloted solutions through an annual call for applications, with a thematic focus that evolves each cycle to reflect emerging priorities across the UN system.
