The UNSSC “Innovation for Impact” e-Learning Path seeks to accelerate and foster innovation in the UN system by supporting capacity development to create greater impact and enhance the UN workforce's future resilience. The e-Learning Path is composed of the Introduction to Innovation Learning Module, and the UN Innovation Toolkit Learning Module, with the ambition to support innovation efforts in the UN at all levels by offering online learning that embraces the use of digital tools and innovation frameworks and approaches.

As a service to the system, UNSSC has designed five, freely available, self-paced, introductory e-learning modules, each focusing on a cutting-edge skill identified in the Quintet of Change - UN 2.0 Policy Brief (Innovation, Strategic Foresight, Behavioural Science, Data, Digital).

The course builds upon the Inclusive Digital Economies and Gender Equality Playbook, UNCDF’s practical how-to guide on using the market system development approach to decrease the digital and financial divide for women and girls, use technology to improve women’s economic opportunities and help to transform women into builders of emerging digital economies.
