Learning how to use data for policymaking can be intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be. As part of the Data to Policy Initiative, this series of interactive trainings help policymakers in government learn how to make data-informed policymaking. Using the framework from UNDP’s Data to Policy Navigator, participants will work on their own challenges and gain knowledge that translates into immediate, tangible impact.

The E-Learning Path on Data Analytics is designed to enhance your ability to analyse, visualize, report and communicate data effectively. Participants will complete modules and activities at their own pace. They will participate in engaging online forums and interact with faculty and peers.

This instructor-led training course, Strategic Foresight 201, is all about helping acceleration centres understand how to plan for the future in a digital world. It focuses on trends in research readiness and is based on the Playbook for Strategic Foresight by the ITU/BDT Innovation and Entrepreneurship Alliance for Digital Development. Equipped with hypothetical case studies, this course is designed to speed up the change to digital technology, encourage new ideas, and support national growth goals.
